As coaching is a profession where trust is of the utmost importance, we take the collection and protection of personal information very seriously.
Types of data we collect.
There are two types of information we collect; information that can personally identify you and information that cannot personally identify you.
Information that can personally identify you includes your name, email address, phone number, address and/or city of residence and country of residence. This information is collected when you enter an email address. We also retain the information of individuals who contact us directly through email addresses provided on the website. Correspondence records (for example, email logs) are kept for prospective clients, current clients and those who contact us via phone or email.

We collect personally identifiable information so that we can get in touch with you regarding our services, and to keep you up to date with news and coaching information from Think Space Coaching.
How long we keep data for.
As an ICF accredited coach, we are required to maintain contact information for clients for 24 months for ICF auditing purposes.
Data on individuals who do not enrol in a coaching programme within 24 months of providing personal information is deleted.
We respect your privacy and you can request removal of your data by via our contact us page on our Think Space Coaching website.
