About

Everything we do depends on the quality of thinking we do first
— Nancy Kline

Imagine having a supportive thinking partner, someone who understands your unique strengths and challenges. Through a supportive and collaborative approach, we'll nurture your unique strengths, honour your neurodiversity, empowering you to thrive. It's not about conforming; it's about embracing your individuality to live the life that you want.

About Me

As someone diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I spent years feeling like I was navigating life without a clear map. I pushed myself to be the person I thought I should be, constantly striving to do more, feeling overwhelmed, and often running on empty. It wasn’t until I understood my ADHD that everything began to make sense. I realized that my brain worked differently, and that this difference brought its own strengths.

Discovering my ADHD was a turning point. It allowed me to step back and create a path that was designed for me—not one I was trying to fit into. This shift inspired me to train as a certified coach, specializing in ADHD. I wanted to help others who, like me, had felt lost or out of place, to create their own map and navigate life in a way that works for them.

I understand the frustration of feeling like the world wasn’t built with you in mind, the exhaustion of trying to fit in, and the untapped potential within. Through ADHD coaching, I’ve learned how to harness my strengths, and now I help others do the same.

This is about finding your path, embracing who you truly are, and building a life that fits.

My Coaching

As an ADHD coach, I’ll support you in understanding your unique brain wiring and help you gain clarity on how you see yourself.

Together, we will re-author how you think about yourself in relation to ADHD, understand the nuances of the ADHD brain, and unpack what this means for you in all aspects of daily life. We will discover how to lean into your strengths, and navigate challenges with greater ease.

I’ll support and encourage, as we unlock a life filled with purpose, joy, and a deep sense of self-acceptance. Enabling you to tap into your intrinsic motivation and pursue your personal and professional potential.
