Step One
Book your free discovery call, and we'll have a chat about what you'd like to get from coaching, and if we both feel like were a good fit. I want you to get the most out of coaching so you need to feel like I'm the coach for you.
Next Steps……
Step Two
Following your discovery call you can book your fist block of 6 coaching sessions. It's great to build some momentum to begin with, so I recommend weekly session for the first block and then review where you are and where you want to go next.
Step Three
After your first 6 sessions we will review where you are and where you want to be. You can book another block of sessions at a pace that suits you. Twice a month works well, however everyone is different so we can discuss the best way forward for you.
