Coaching creates a thinking partnership between you and your coach. In a space that you feel safe, with no judgement and complete confidentially, you are able to speak freely.
You can question old narratives about yourself and the world, removing assumptions to create new stories...
What Coaching with me looks like.
My role is to support you to uncover more of who you are, rather than get over who you are.
To help you untangle your ADHD challenges from your core identity.
We do this together in a space that allows you to understand your ADHD brain and how it is wired. But also, through untangling the assumptions and stories you have about yourself and the world around you, reauthoring with compassion and kindness.
I’ll support you in becoming the person you want to be rather than the person you think you ‘should’ be.
