Jen is a specialist in ADHD and an ICF certified coach. She excels in supporting individuals to understand and thrive with their amazing neurodivergent brain.

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, I discovered that my brain is wired differently from the majority, a realisation that has brought clarity and understanding to my life. I soon realised where my real passion lay, I changed direction and trained to become a certified coach and also an ADHD specialist.

Having learned to harness my own ADHD strengths, I wanted to help individuals with ADHD, their families, and employers understand how to work with the amazing ADHD brain, to achieve personal and professional success.
